The Team
Andrew Caldbeck
Andrew builds financial models that connect the numbers to the commercial reality underneath them. A decade of consulting across FTSE-listed corporates, PE-backed businesses, SaaS, infrastructure, and technology - with a focus on models that go beyond the spreadsheet: integrating data pipelines, SQL-driven analytics, and operational metrics into decision-ready outputs. He brings a rare combination of financial modelling fluency and hands-on data engineering, turning messy source data into clean, auditable models. He holds degrees in finance and law.
Robert Palmer
Robert has over a decade of experience leading modelling teams and delivering complex models for transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), project finance, funding optimisation, and corporate FP&A - spanning infrastructure, energy, real estate, private equity, and financial services. As Head of Financial Modelling, he built and led a consulting practice delivering models for FTSE and ASX listed corporates, private equity funds, startups, and government infrastructure programmes. He was subsequently the Finance Director of Forecast through the sale of the business and integration with first Kin + Carta and later Valtech. He holds a Masters of Finance from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Finance from the Australian National University, and is currently completing his ACCA qualification.
